He is survived by: his wife Denise Duwve; his daughters, Debbie Haas (Bob) and Lori Jo King (Tom); his stepchildren, Thomas Donaldson and Dee Dee Donaldson; and his sister-in-law Marcella Duwve. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren.
