It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph E. Berning Jr. (Toledo, Ohio), who passed away on August 5, 2023, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph and Frances; and his brother-in-law Ed Jaquillard. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his stepsons, Dale Martin (Jacqueline), Douglas Martin and Tony Martin (Sarah); and his sisters, Cheryl Jaquillard, Robin Robare and Trudy Wirman (Pat). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren.
