He is survived by: his wife Patricia Bellfy (Kaminski); his son Joe Bellfy; his granddaughter Olivia Bellfy; his siblings, Susan "Susie" Rodman (Larry), Tom Bellfy, Doug Bellfy (Sheila) and Craig Bellfy; his parents-in-law, Jaye Bellfy and Marcia Edelstein; and his uncle Mike.
