With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joseph O. Kramer of Toledo, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 18, 2024 at the age of 94. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joseph O. Kramer to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph C. Kramer and Elinor V. Devlin; his brothers, Edward Kramer and Hugh Kramer; and his son-in-law Alan Valentine.

He is survived by : his wife Donna Keller; his children, Dan Kramer (Paula), Mike Kramer, Susan Norman (Patrick), Jenny Valentine and Jeff Kramer (Debbie); his grandchildren, Jackie Heilmann (Jake), Kristen Norman (Brian), Dana Easterwood (Jeff), Brittany Horvath (Sam), Nathan Gay (Kathleen), Samantha Kramer (Zac) and Matthew Kramer; his great grandchildren, Rylee, Braelyn, Eden Heilmann, Chloe, Lexie, Trenton, Jenson, Lyndon Easterwood and Sutton Gay; and his sisters-in-law, Shirley Kramer Miller and Carol Kramer.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Newcomer - Sw Toledo Chapel (4752 Heatherdowns Blvd, Toledo, OH 43614). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
