It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judith A. Smiczek of Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on March 8, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Norm Adcock and Ethel Adcock (Baker); and her sister Peggy. She is survived by: her caregivers, Dr. Fraser, Dr. Domini, Dr. Baldoni and Dr. Schneider; her husband Tom Smiczek; and her children, Debbie (Ray), David (Cindy) and Dan (Cara).

Memorial contributions may be made to Tunnel to Towers, American Heart Association, or American Cancer Society.
