She is survived by: her children, Alicia Henry, Travis Phalin (Briana) and Patricia Phalin; her mother Patricia McAllister (Roy); her grandchildren, Gabriel, Casey, Mackenzie Henry, Audrina and Austin Phalin; her pet Nova; her siblings, Tim Martin (Renee), Doug Martin (Lil), Rob Martin (Kim), Pam Konoff (Greg), Cherie Sartin (Bob) and Holly Martin; and the father of her children Rick Phalin. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
