It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karen Marie Tkaczyk of Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on July 3, 2025, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Prebe and Clara Prebe (Epker); and her brothers, Mike and Tom. She is survived by: her husband Walter Tkaczyk; her children, Stephen (Becca), Kristina (Tim) and Tom (Melissa); her grandchildren, Stephen (Aubrey), Brendon, Dylan, Jacob, Caleb, Frankie, Kaitlyn, Mason and Hayes; her great grandchildren, Liam, Kinsley and Jonathan; and her brother Denny. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.
Memorial donations may be given to the American Red Cross.
