She was predeceased by: her husband Tom Mothershead; and her parents, Alva Frank and Lester Frank. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Brittney Newsome (Chris), Jake Kennelly, Craig Kennelly, Megan Burch (T. J.), Ethan Kennelly and Rachel Trouten (Andrew Newton); her great grandchildren, Jameson Burch, Brody Newsome, Lillyan Newsome and Xander Burch; Trish. She is also survived by husband and exceptional parents; as well as several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
