She is survived by: her mother Jeanne Lynn Tomasko; her husband Russell Polston; her daughter Isabella Rose Polston; and her siblings, Drew, Steve, Peter (Carrie), John (Kristen) and Margaret Gierula (Scott). She is also survived by many family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Walker Funeral Home & Crematory - Sylvania (5155 W Sylvania Ave, Toledo, OH 43623). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Walker Funeral Home (5155 W Sylvania Ave, Toledo, OH 43623).
