He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Lou Woody and Eugene Klein; and his brother Dana Klein. He is survived by: his children, Keith Jr. (Julie), Kasie (Justin) and Josh (Brittany); his grandchildren, Kade, Sawyer, Jayce, Emaree and Caelum; and his brother Dale.
