He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam Kotas and Alice Kotas (Kujawa); his grandparents, Waclaw, Stella Kotas, Joseph and Verna Kujawa; and his aunts, Cecilia Skrzynecki (Stanley) and Dorothy Grzechowiak (Ollie).
He is survived by: his cousin Annette Grzechowiak.
