He was predeceased by: his former wife Patricia Urbaytis. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Urbaytis (Palmer); and his daughters, Cynthia Urbaytis, Tracey Urbaytis and Dawn Durfey. He is also survived by three grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
