He is survived by: his parents, Keith Smith and Indra Joseph (Khadaran); his wife Nina Smith (Shaffer); his children, Brent, Lottie and Kenzie Smith; his stepmother-in-law Jill Shaffer; his brother-in-law Patrick Shaffer (Julee); his mother-in-law Linda Frass (Tim); his siblings, Katrina Archibald, Kimberly Lopez, Kristen Mendoza (Steve) and Keith Smith Jr.; his stepsister Anna Joseph; his pet Blueberry; and also Hamilton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
