She is survived by: her husband Jeff Spencer; her children, Haley White (Caleb), Lauryn Tobin (Ben), Ethan and Elijah Caudill; her grandchildren, Isabella, Oliver, Harper, Amelia, Leo, Emelia, Sawyer and Brooklyn; her father Ivan Stithem; her siblings, Sally Baer, Stacey Wilson (Bill) and Ivan Aaron Stithem; her sister-in-law Jennifer; and her pet Buttons. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
