She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Speweik and Donna Speweik. She is survived by: her husband Jim; her children, Natalie M. Black, Nicole Borer Tremba (Shaun) and Avery Black (Savannah); her stepdaughters, Jessica Black, Melissa Black (Zack Schweikart) and Rachel Cross (Travis); her siblings, Cindy Skaggs, Brenda Barnes, Donna Cahill and Donald Speweik; and her grandchildren, Kenzie, Madison, Ben, Cass, Hannah, Johnathan, Jacob, Lincoln, Alden and Isabella.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
