The memory of Larry Hamme (Toledo, Ohio), who passed away on November 3, 2025 at the age of 76, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. Though Larry may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Larry touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

He was predeceased by: his brothers, Oscar Cornell Hamme, Jr. and Ottowai Richard Hamme, III. He is survived by: his siblings, Ashton Theodore Hamme, Sr., Carolyn Veronica Hamme Allen and Eula Geraldine Hamme Downey; his son Lamar Ellis Hamme; and his grandson Koah Elias Hamme. He is also survived by loving family members, lifelong friends.

Visitation was held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the House of Day Funeral Services Chapel (2550 Nebraska Ave, Toledo, OH 43607). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
