He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Rocker and Anna Lee Rocker (Nelson); his daughter LaTasha Toles; and his siblings, Timothy Rocker Booker and Carmen "Candy" Burruss.

He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Fortner (Jerry) of Monroe, Leslie Lavender of Monroe and Marvin "Shug" Isaac (Sara) of Monroe; and his siblings, Delbra Blackshear of Toledo, Peter Rocker (Eve) of Atlanta, Eric Rocker (Joy) of Toledo, Alexander Rocker (Fariba) of Vancouver and Floyd Epps Rocker of Ypsilanti, Michigan. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.

Memorial donations are suggested to the Arthur Lesow Community Center Monroe Michigan.
