He was predeceased by : his parents, James Flanagan and Dorothy V. Flanagan; and his siblings, Albert Greene, Cleophus Flanagan, Eddie Lewis Flanagan, Tressa and Geraldine Flanagan.

He is survived by : his wife Sienu; his children, Chevelle Garrison of Toledo, OH, Candice Flanagan of Harrisburg, PA, Leon Jr. and Liguori Flanagan of Staten Island, NY; his grandchildren, Taima, Nautica, Tailaya, Alexis, Ayanna Garrison, Autumn Dalrymple, Desiriah and Dallas Samuel; his brothers, Kevin Flanagan and Bryant Dorsey; his parents-in-law, Theresa Affi and Liguori Sebwe; his sister Fannie Ivery; and his great-niece NaKisha Bell. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 9th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, May 10th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 10th 2024 at 11:00 AM at 2500 Nebraska Ave, Toledo, OH 43607.
