She is survived by: her children, Tim Smidi (Tammy) and Pamela Piddock (Darrald); her stepson Richard Steele; her grandchildren, Tim Smidi Jr., Devin Johnson, Andrew Johnson, Kyle Steele, Carl Steele, Martha Shipley, Kaylena Johnson and Caitlinn Schaffer; and her brothers, Garry Gerard (Karen), Joseph Gerard and Jonathan Gerard. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren, a host of nieces and nephews.
