She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Franklin and Margaret Franklin (Rice); her husband John R. "Moose" Hogan; and her siblings, Donna Mae, Laura, Ruth, Sharon and John.
She is survived by: her daughter Kim Keel; her grandsons, Nicholas, Kelly (Savannah) and Andrew Keel (Kelli); her great grandchildren, Laila, Alexander, Enora and Emily; her siblings, Carole Mason (Bill), Grace Bauman (Don) and Floyd "Bud" Franklin (Nancy); and her caregivers, Chasity, Candace, Alexis and Aniyah.
