She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Scurlock and Lucile Scurlock (Barnhart); her son Keith (Kathy); and her husband William H. Vining. She is survived by: her daughter Deanna; her pet Angel; and her friends, Sandy, Steve and Christine.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Ebeid Hospice, any Humane society, or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
