She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell DeGroff and Francis DeGroff; her siblings, Dennis DeGroff and Leola DeGroff; her son Ryan Charles Wendel; and her granddaughter Taylor Marie Wendel.
She is survived by: her sons, Scott Wendel (Dawn), Darren Wendel, Ross Wendel, Cory Wendel (Michelle) and Reed Wendel; and her siblings, Greg and Kathy. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Trinity Church of the Nazarene (4930 Flanders Rd, Toledo, OH 43623). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
