She is survived by: her husband Melvin Poturalski; her daughters, Mellissa and Mary-Jo (Darrin Arehart); her grandchildren, Melinda (Tommy Lightfoot), Morgan (Jeremy Bias), Matthew Jr. and Gavin; and her great grandchildren, Taylynn (Ricky Castro), MacKenna and Maxton. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
