She was predeceased by: her parents, Emil Devloo and Margaret Devloo (McCreary); and her brother David Devloo. She is survived by: her husband John Frank; her children, Melissa Empie (Robert) and Robert Frank (Sandra); her siblings, Mary Mitchell, Elizabeth Robison (Lowell) and Dan Devloo; her grandchildren, Matthew Empie (Michaela), Jacob Empie (Kali), Kaitlyn Swartz (Theodore) and Tara George (Steve); and her great grandchildren, Kamryn, Ivy, Logan and Noah.
