She is survived by: her son Bradley; her brothers, Wesley John and David Kennedy Hazlett; her sisters-in-law, Linda and So Yong Hazlett; her nephews, Wesley, John and David Hazlett; her niece Allison Jeane Osborn; her great-niece Maeve Nari Hazlett; Ryan Hall. She is also survived by extended family members and dear friends.
