She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Fanelly and Mary Fanelly (Caccicarro); her husband Edward E. "Homer" Jeziorowski; her son Frederick W. Jeziorowski; her granddaughter Michelle Mason; and her siblings, Frances Farell, Grace McManus, Rose Keefer, Josephine Fanelly, Michael, Lawrence, Angelo and Robert Fanelly.
She is survived by: her children, Margaret Mason (Gary) and Edward Jeziorowski (Patty); her grandchildren, Dominic, Kadie, Raymond (Angela), Alexia, Jonathan (Laura), Kristyn, Michael (Elizabeth), Anthony (Samantha), Brad, Andrea, Eric and Tyler; and her great grandchildren, Leighland, Ewan, Sawyer, Elowen, James, Lucas, Cooper, Corbin, Kaylyn, Jackson and Sasha.
Memorial donations may be given to St. Pius X Church.
