She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Chavalia and Eugenia Chavalia; and her husband John Michalak Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Dr. Michelle Michalak (Mark Hardesty) and Michael Michalak (Sissy Hunter); her grandchildren, Ashlee Michalak (Dan Rife), Ryon Michalak, Megan Osterholt (Dave) and Molly Berger (Brandon); and her great grandchildren, Nathan, Josephine, Bernadette, Lillian, Paul and Adelaide.
