She was predeceased by: her parents, Solomon Dietzel and Ella Dietzel (Bartley); her husband Gerald Lessentin; and her siblings, Nancy Luse and Leland Dietzel.
She is survived by: her children, Brian Lessentin, Lori Parish (Patrick) and Dawn Knotts (Jack); her grandchildren, Ethan, Emma Rose, Autumn Parish, Hannah, Liam and Abigail Knotts; and her sister Kay Welly. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (4752 Heatherdowns Blvd, Toledo, OH 43614). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
