She was predeceased by : her parents, Jerome J. Kosinski and Florence R. Kosinski (Peska); and her brother Dennis Kosinski. She is survived by : her children, Cindy Ball (David), Robert Calfee (Tracey), Jason Calfee (Yasyuo) and Joel Calfee (Kasey); her former life partner Lawrence Calfee; and her sister-in-law Sandra Kosinski. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the David R. Jasin-Hoening Funeral Home (5300 N Summit St, Toledo, OH 43611). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
