With solemn reverence, we commemorate Marvin Traver of Toledo, Ohio, whose life came to an end on May 23, 2025 at the age of 83, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leger (Marie Traver) and Marvin; his son Andrew Traver; his sister Barbara Thomas; and his brother-in-law Robert Thomas.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Traver (Widmer); his children, Amy Lepkowski (Mark), Matt Traver (Julie) and Pete Traver (Kacie); his grandchildren, Maizy, Ellie, Cole and Claire Lepkowski; his children, Anne Traver, Owen, Morgan and Jordan Traver; and his siblings-in-law, Marsha Matthews and Larry Widmer. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A rosary will be held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Calendar Freck Funeral Chapel (1155 S Wynn Rd, Oregon, OH 43616). A Mass will be held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Calendar St Thomas Aquinas Church (729 White St., Toledo, OH 43605).
