She was predeceased by: her parents, Dora Vaughn and Frank Vaughn of Toledo, Ohio.; her husband Forrest Black, Jr.; her siblings, Kathleen and Donald; and her son-in-law Dan Kissling.
She is survived by: her children, Diane Kissling, Cheryl Scaroleta (Bruce), Ann Littrell (Terry) and Forrest Black, III. She is also survived by six grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
