She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hayes and Josephine Hayes (Dorn); her siblings, Barbara Miller, Michael Hayes and William Hayes; and her significant other Michael Noonan.

She is survived by: her sons, Kevin (Aletha) and Brian (Nicole); her grandchildren, Abigail, Sophia, Alexis and Jack; and her brothers, John (Helen) and Peter (Cindy). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
