She was loved and cherished by many people including: her grandparents, George and Alice Sparks; her parents, Raymond Patterson and Mary Patterson; her siblings, Raymond E. Patterson, Myra and Marcia Patterson; her children, Deirdre Joyner, Kathrine Fizer, Kelly Hand (Fred), Eddie King (Christine), Jeffery Joyner and Gregory Fizer II; her grandchildren, Shaniece, T'Airra, Quentin, Maria, Jasmine, Zaire, Gregory, Genesis, Eddie and Frederick; her great grandchildren, Gabby, Ayden, Amaris, Tristian, Myla, Alexander, Elias and Malaysia; her siblings, Richard, Michael, Patricia, Michelle and Sheila; and her close friends, Albert Stanton, Wayne Brown, Eugene Oliver St (Weeman) and Michael L. Gibson. She was also cherished by Nieces, Nephews, Aunts, Uncles, extended family, and friends.

She found her passion working as a STNA at various nursing homes throughout Toledo including Foundation Park, Waterford Commons, and many others.
