She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Garwacki and Nancy Garwacki; her husband James B. Moore; and her son Michael. She is survived by: Steve (Denise), Therese Geiner (Jeff), Tim Charlene (Laurie) and Gary Ronald (Christine). She is also survived by 8 grandkids, 5 great grandkids.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hansen Desert Hills Chapel (6500 E Bell Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85254). A rosary was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM and at 12:00 PM at the St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church (3801 E Greenway Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85032). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
