He is survived by: his parents, Denny Butz and Shirley Butz; his daughter Hannah Vitek; his siblings, Rodney Vitek, Michael Vitek, Ronnie Butz (Courtney), Tina Vitek, Shari Vitek-Massingale and Bridgitte Perry (Matt); and his aunt Pam Wilburn.
