He was predeceased by: his father Bernard Westhoven. He is survived by: his mother Kim Westhoven; his siblings, Ryan Smith (Amanda) and Erin Westhoven; and his nephews, Chase, Alan and Colton Andrew. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
