He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Bard of Toledo; his daughter Jennifer Harrod; his son-in-law Scott Harrod; his son Randy Bard; his daughter-in-law Maureen Bard; his grandchildren, Colin Bard and Kaitlyn Bard; and his siblings, John Bard, Margaret Allen, Mary Bouchard, Patty Shepherd and Helen O'Keefe.
