He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Cutcher and Anne Cutcher; and his brothers, Ed and Johnny Cutcher. He is survived by: his wife Lynn Cutcher; his children, Robert Cutcher and Ashley Cutcher; and his siblings, Jimmy Cutcher, Tommy Cutcher, Donald Cutcher (Clara), Eugene "Butch" Cutcher, Robert Cutcher (Cathy), Richard Cutcher, David Cutcher, Joann Cutcher, Patty Burns (Doug), Barbara Cutcher and Michelle Hakius (Rick). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
