He was predeceased by: his mother Elaine Gordon (Selden); his wife Catherine Gordon (Skilliter); his children, Rabbi Andrew Gordon (Brian) and Dr. Rebecca Sandler (Scott); and his grandchildren, Caleb Gordon, Ryan Sandler and Jared Sandler.
He is survived by: his father Robert Gordon; and his brothers, Jonathan Gordon (Susan) and Daniel Gordon (Roberta). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Temple Shomer Emunim (6453 W Sylvania Ave, Sylvania, OH 43560). A burial will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 at the Historic Woodlawn Cemetery (1502 Central Ave, Toledo, OH 43606).
