He is survived by: his parents, Christine Boratyn (Labiak) and Daniel Boratyn; his wife Rhonda Boratyn (Kleinert); his sons, Nicklaus Boratyn (Anastasia) and Joshua Boratyn; his siblings, Sherri Custer (Dave) and Randy Boratyn (Kristin); and his nieces and nephews, MaKayla Custer, Jennifer Boratyn, Johnathan Boratyn, Joseph Boratyn, Jase Albert and Cole Albert.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Mike's honor to his Alma Mater, St. Francis DeSales High School.
