He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Joe and Florence Catchings; and his parent Susie B. Catchings-Bobbitt. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Catchings; his children, Rita Catchings of Toledo, Millard Catchings Jr. (Charlotte) of Toledo, Kevin Catchings of Florence, Faith Catchings of Columbus, Stacey Catchings of Toledo and Casei Savage (Darius) of Toledo, Ohio; his godchildren, Lucius Johnson of Toledo and Annie Smith (Fred) of Toledo Ohio; and also Mattie Myers. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews, and friends.
