With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mimia Allen (Toledo, Ohio), born in Madison, Tennessee, who passed away on April 18, 2022 at the age of 100. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Belcher and Jenny Belcher; her daughter-in-law Josephine; and her grandchildren, Joseph Plodzik (Ella), John Curtis White, Will Anthony "Did" White Sr. (Terrina), Rhonda Dunbar, Jeremy "Scotty" Allen (Elizabeth), Lonacy Utley (Azure), Mimia Brandy Utley Giwa, Ebony Allen and Henry Allen Sr..

She is survived by: her spouse Willie James Allen; her children, William "Billy" Allen Jr. (Josephine), Mimia Linda Utley, Norma "Molly" Allen, Michael Curtis "Pig" Allen and Richard Grant Allen; and her sisters-in-law, Ruby Allen of Toledo, Phyllis Allen of Toledo and Ruth "Sis" Penamon of Toledo. She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren, 6 great-great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
