She was predeceased by: her parents, John Slusher and Myrtle Slusher; her daughter Sherri Lee Harris (Jim); her former husband Neil W. Douglas; and her siblings, Bud, Glen, Bobby and Charles.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Jo Bilius (Wally), Lizabeth Snyder (John) and Neil W. Douglas Jr.; her stepdaughter Sandy Yost (Donnie); and her sister Barbara Carr. She is also survived by grandma and great grandma to her 23 grandchildren and great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
