She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Phillips; her son Michael S. Smith; her parents, Dominic Zielinski and Jeanette Zielinski; and her sisters, Delphine Sodd and Barbara Miller.
She is survived by: her pets, Rocky and Barron; and her children, Marc Smith, Jeffrey Smith and Kimberly Davenport. She is also survived by her nine grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
