She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Shively; her children, Robert Shively and Diane Hayes (Deb Short); her grandchildren, Amanda Hayes (Adam Van Allen), John J. Hayes, Brittany Ash (Chris), Kyle Shively and Ryan Shively; and her great grandchild Mila Ash.
