Nettie S. Gentile Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Nettie S. Gentile of Toledo, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 23, 2025 at the age of 87. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Nettie S. Gentile to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Sparks and Marietta Sparks (Jones); her husband Joseph Gentile; her son-in-law Larry Baiz; her siblings, Betty Krueger (Moe), Peggy Sparks and William Sparks (Pat); and her siblings-in-law, Ann Immormino (Charlie), Earl Starks, Danny McCue and Jimmy Heraghthy.
She is survived by: her children, Concetta "Connie" Baiz, Raymond Gentile and Dawn Gentile; her grandchildren, Tanika Baiz, Raymond LeRoux (Amanda), Tasha Gentile, Joseph Gentile (Holly) and Dominic Gentile (Elodie Schreiber); her great grandchildren, Alexus, Averie Wynn, Anthony, Dominic LeRoux, Arabella Gentile, Amelia LeRoux, Armani Gentile and Gianna Gentile; her sister JoAnn Starks; and her sisters-in-law, Donna McCue and Josephine Heraghthy.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ansberg-West Funeral Home (3000 W Sylvania Ave, Toledo, OH 43613). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
