He is survived by: his parents, Mark Kuhl and Kela McNeely of Kansas City, Missouri; his stepmother Kim Kuhl of Curtice, Ohio; and his siblings, Jacob Kuhl (Heather), Jessica Nelson (Jordan), Melinda Osthimer (Jacob), Cassandra Parish (Amy) and Oralia Espinoza. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and many extended family members and dear friends.
