He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Charles and Frances Rose Domitio Sr. (Heidtman); his wife Delores "Dodie"; his pets, Buckeye and Woody; his uncle Tom Pack; his aunt Nancy Pack (Domitio); his cousin Rick Pack; and his friend Denny Rybka (John Eichner).
He is survived by: his daughter Amy Gardner (Christopher); his grandchildren, Jordan Porter, Hagan Gardner (Mary Hager) and Beau Gardner (Audrina Randall); his cousins, Karen Pack (Jeff) and David Pack; his close friends, Raymond Cureton, Gayla Ables, Mike Nagy, Emily and Damon Brown; Harper, Kinsley and Weston.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the David R. Jasin-Hoening Funeral Home (5300 N Summit St, Toledo, OH 43611). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Toledo Memorial Park (6382 Monroe St, Sylvania, OH 43560).
