She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Eric Dale and Grace O'Henry; her grandparents, Jorge, Lisa O'Henry, Kevin and Laura Dale; her great-grandparents, Tom and Sandra Sandlin; her aunts and uncles, Lindsay Koontz (Aaron), Brooke O'Henry, Ava O'Henry (Pablo Rivera) and Jorge O'Henry; and her cousins, Kennedy, Eli Koontz, Camila "Monkey" Rivera and Mia Rivera. She was also cherished by numerous Great Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and a circle of devoted friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Christ the King Catholic Church (4100 Harvest Ln, Toledo, OH 43623). A Mass will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, in-kind donations to support the family are gratefully accepted.
