He is survived by: his wife Katheen Floyd; his children, Carl Floyd of Toledo, John Garrett of Toledo, Camoney Garrett of Toledo, Little Terry Floyd of Toledo, Twiana Floyd and Tamika Floyd of Toledo; his brother Willie Floyd of Toledo; and his goddaughters, Michelle Mayes of Louisville, KY and Marquisa Cox of Toledo, OH. He is also survived by 28 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren.
